Job Description

We are working with a fashion retailer based in West Bromwich who supplies clothing to blue-chip companies. They are seeking an administrative assistant to help with the workload.

Some of the duties include:

  • To help label and send out samples to the given customer base
  • To update spreadsheets from reports provided by suppliers
  • Printing of barcodes
  • General admin duties

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to become and Administrator/merchandiser as there is a lot of room for growth within the company.

A good eye to detail is needed along with an interest in fashion.

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Administrative Duties:

  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
