A well-established specialist financial planning practice are seeking a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator on a part-time basis.
Due to growth of the firm they are seeking an administrator who can carry out the following duties.
This role offers lots of flexibility including part-time, reduced hours and free parking.
Primary duties;
Supporting financial planner providing support on administration and client matters.
New business submissions
Adviser client meeting preparation
Regular use of provider platforms and wrap services
Preparation of client correspondence
General administrative duties
Administration for non-reg areas of the business including trust planning
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience gained in a similar role supporting IFA’s or Financial Planners. Excellent administrative skills. Friendly and approachable. Team player who is comfortable working in a small setup. Well organized.
