Job Description

A well-established specialist financial planning practice are seeking a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator on a part-time basis.
Due to growth of the firm they are seeking an administrator who can carry out the following duties.
This role offers lots of flexibility including part-time, reduced hours and free parking.
Primary duties;

  • Supporting financial planner providing support on administration and client matters.
  • New business submissions
  • Adviser client meeting preparation
  • Regular use of provider platforms and wrap services
  • Preparation of client correspondence
  • General administrative duties
  • Administration for non-reg areas of the business including trust planning

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience gained in a similar role supporting IFA’s or Financial Planners. Excellent administrative skills. Friendly and approachable. Team player who is comfortable working in a small setup. Well organized.
