Job Description

- Customer service (dealing with customer’s queries, returns, etc.)

- Credit control (Supporting daily activities of the credit control function as required, opening New Accounts, allocating payments and Receipts).

- Purchase ledger & Stock control (stock ordering, stock taking and stock reconciliation, maintaining stock records and movements, raising Purchase Orders, log in stock /deliveries, stock adjustments).

- Assisting the Manager with other daily duties.

Hours of work will be 8:30 to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 2:30pm on Friday. Role Includes 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Competitive Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be a great planner, organized, self-reliant, with great time management. Possess a keen eye for detail. Be a team player who can also work independently. Be a proactive self-starter with an adaptable approach and a can-do attitude. Be confident in working across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel. Have buckets of common sense. Demonstrate calmness under pressure with the ability to problem solve. Be able to quickly to adapt, with an enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as required. Have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment an advantage, but not essential. Preferably some experience of using Sage Line 50 accounts, although not essential as full training will be given. Experience: purchase ledger: 1 year (Required)
