Job Description

This role will require candidates to undergo SC level clearance checks therefore candidates with this current level of security clearance will have a distinct advantage.

Duties:

• Capital Accounting - involving gaining approval of business cases, setting up assets, monitoring spend and capitalising assets when work complete.
• Undertake physical verification of assets. Manage the Fixed Asset Register, forecasting and preparing the 5 year plan.
• Costbase Functional Analysis and Reporting
• Support the Finance Manager at the Monthly Engineering and Manufacturing Reviews.
• Supporting the roll out of Cost Base Dashboard
• To undertake Cost Base transactions ie accruals, pre-payments, invoices
• Support Finance Manager with ad-hoc matters.
