Job Description

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9.00am-1.00pm

Salary: Competitive

Main Duties include: (but not limited to)

· Purchase ledger – inputting purchase invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, preparing supplier payment runs

· Assisting the Site Accountant with any accounts related work

· Daily inputting & reconciliation of bank transactions

· Monthly reconciliation of Credit Cards

· Minor credit control duties

· Handling queries

· Answering telephones

· Meeting and greeting customers

· Other ad-hoc duties as requested

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Sage 50 experience desired but not essential · Strong excel skills.  · AAT study support available for the right candidate. Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Required)
