Job Description

• The day-to-day nursing and rehab assistant management of a specialist acute rehab facility
• Developing and supporting the implementation of new initiatives within nursing
• Ensuring the workforce operates within the clinical governance framework to deliver a high-quality service to patients and carers with responsibility for ensuring at all times services are person centred
• Direct line management of nursing and rehab assistant teams across the service

Requirements:

• Experience of quality assurance, compliance, and risk management
• Additional experience of providing clinical care and support to vulnerable clients
• Further experience of supporting and supervising care and clinical staff
• A nursing qualification and current NMC registration
• Excellent people management and leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; organisational skills
• Previous clinical supervision experience
• Passionate about continuous improvement
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal direct supervision
