Developing and supporting the implementation of new initiatives within nursing
Ensuring the workforce operates within the clinical governance framework to deliver a high-quality service to patients and carers with responsibility for ensuring at all times services are person centred
Direct line management of nursing and rehab assistant teams across the service
Requirements:
Experience of quality assurance, compliance, and risk management
Additional experience of providing clinical care and support to vulnerable clients
Further experience of supporting and supervising care and clinical staff
A nursing qualification and current NMC registration
Excellent people management and leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; organisational skills
Previous clinical supervision experience
Passionate about continuous improvement
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal direct supervision
The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £50,000 per annum for the ideal candidate
