Job Description
To support the production and customer services function within the business
Support the end to end contract service delivery requirements for our customers including speedy and accurate response to enquiries, order processing and purchase order requesting, coordination of manufacturing and delivery of products – ensuring accuracy of information and maintenance of company systems and paperwork
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Administration support to the Customer services and production teams
- Data entry and Order processing, using our in-house system
- Monitoring in bound queries and distributing to the relevant teams
- Processing Customer quotations and sending for approval
- Updating purchase orders on receipt and releasing orders into production
- Updating and management of open orders within the system
- Filing and administration house keeping
- Processing returned items and completing relevant paperwork
