Our client are an established business who have been trading for many years, specializing in the Manufacture, Installation, Maintenance & Repair on all types of Loading Bay Equipment and Industrial Doors. Based from offices in Kirklees, they are looking for an Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis
Working hours are Monday to Friday (40 hour week).
Full-time, Permanent Position
- Maintain Vehicle excel schedule and vehicle documents for the Engineers vehicles.
- Organize Tracker installation and removal on vehicle exchanges.
- Insurance claims - Send out paperwork and liaise between the driver and insurance brokers etc.
- Arranging vehicle maintenance i.e. windscreen, glass, tyre replacements.
- Dealing with minor accidents/incidents and motoring offences including speeding and parking.
- Ensuring MOT's and Servicing are carried out on time and all vehicles are taxed.
- Analysis of mileage and fuel usage.
- Maintain fleet database with mileage and service details.
- Other general administrative tasks.
