Job Description

To lead the design and construction team for the project and ensure that all team members are achieving their individual accountabilities. The role covers inception to completion of the project and must ensure that the objectives of the development brief and financial model are achieved.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally 5-7 years post qualification experience Experience in either the mixed-use or residential sectors, ideally gained with a consultancy, client-side developer or possibly an affordable housing provider MCIOB or MRICS is preferred
