Job Description

In this Consolidation function, you will:

• Be responsible for management and financial reporting up to budgeting and forecasting function
• Report and perform analysis on consolidated numbers
• Compare and reconcile trading data with accounting
• Review group and subsidiaries financial statements to ensure they are in compliance with standards
• Audit contracts and deals executed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You should possess a degree in accounting and finance or its equivalent and are CPA/ACCA qualified Experience of consolidation (including translating entities with different currencies), and statutory reporting (USGAAP and Swiss GAAP) Business transactions accounting Experience of periodic financial processes (financial "close" processes, budgeting and forecasting) Experience of accounting for financial instruments and consolidation accounting Experience within Commodities ideally within the Energy industry
