Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Person: To be successful in this role, you will have proven HR Manager experience, ideally within the not for Profit Sector. You will need to have/be: - Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified with evidence of continuous professional development - HR Experience at Manager or advisor, ideally in a standalone role or in a small team - HR knowledge, including employment law - Strong experience of recruitment - Experience developing and implementing new processes and procedures for talent management - Ability to work closely with key stakeholders - Experience of integrating safeguarding and diversity and inclusion into recruitment and HR practice - Strong IT and HR systems knowledge - A positive and proactive approach
