My client is looking for a proactive candidate with a passion for credit control and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment. Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Ability to motivate team members with one to one meetings/appraisals
• Start to finish ownership of the credit control function of the business
• Ensuring cash collection targets are delivered consistently and to deadlines
• Supporting with the recruitment of new team members
• Implementing process improvements to ensure best practices are maintained
• Compiling reports for senior management
• Management of escalated queries
