The role holder is responsible for delivering a high quality technical service to support academic and research activities in the School of Engineering & the Built Environment, offering practical support and expert knowledge in an electrical and electronic engineering context.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Degree or a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience Proven skills designing and adapting electrical circuits Experience of prototyping and manufacture of PCB’s Experience of construction and modification of bespoke lab equipment. Experience of systems engineering software e.g. Labview, Siemens TIA Experience working in a higher education environment
