• Collections via phone and email
• Taking direct debit payments
• Working out payment plans
• Building rapport
• Managing high volume accounts
• Supporting with all credit control requirements and reducing aged debt

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Recent experience with a sales ledger or credit control position Available to start immediately or within a week Ability to work from home and transitioning into the office once safe to do so with COVID-19 regulations Intermediate MS Excel skills
