Job Description

 

You will be supporting the growing number of building surveys carried out by ensuring that due diligence is done. Your main role will focus around quality checking the team's reports and where possible also conducting building surveys as well. You'll keep clear, concise, and audit-able records of all activity, producing reports which highlight quality inconsistencies. Keep your managers informed of underlying or possible problems relating to Building Surveys

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Be able to conduct full building surveys on residential properties Preferably be chartered under RICS or Assoc RICS Have a good knowledge of construction, recognise good workmanship and how to fix defects and advise accordingly Have a RICS accredited degree, preferably in Building Surveying
