Job Description

You will be working on a scheme consisting of 300 units, all RC Frame apartments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project from pre-construction through to delivery and ultimately handover as No1 on site reporting into the Construction Director.

Start date is immediately.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidates must have experience having taken a large residential scheme from start to finish as No1 for the full duration. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role.
