We are a small letting agency, looking for a good office all-rounder.
We need someone who is organized and has a can do attitude to getting things done.
Duties will include but not limited to -
First point of contact for all walk in enquiries
Answering calls
Dealing with post and emails.
Filing, Photocopying and scanning.
Invoices and payments.
Managing tenants & creating leases
Showing properties
Dealing with tenant queries and repairs
Taking rent payments & dealing with any arrears.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous office experience is essential and letting experience would be an advantage. Minimum wage is payable and could be negotiable for the right candidate.
