Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Using candidate database, job boards and referrals.
• Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates to be on site.
• Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals and advertising.
• Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for the T&L Team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous T&L Delivery/ Recruitment experience. Customer Service Driven. Happy to pick up the phone and make calls. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Driven and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment.
