This would be ideal for someone who is already committed to studying AAT, having passed Level 2 or 3 and working in a finance role.
Accounts Assistant duties will include:
- Collating timesheets
- Processing weekly hours to job costing records
- Processing sub-contractor payments
- Reconciling HMRC data
- Ad hoc duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - Good attention to detail - Be actively looking to qualify AAT - Possess finance experience in either purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations, processing financial data
