Job Description
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy office environment supported by a close knit working team. We are not your typical "call centre", there are approximately 25 staff working across a variety of shift patterns.
You will be working on behalf of a dedicated client dealing with complaints/queries so you need to patient, calm. and able to show empathy..
The typical hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, however flexibility is essential if needed.
Applicants will need to meet the following criteria to be considered for the position:
- The ability to fit into a team who are passionate about providing a high quality customer service experience to our callers and clients.
- A flexible and positive attitude to change and a challenge, as you will be working in a fast paced environment where things can change hourly.
- Quick thinker and learner
- Capable of navigating multiple computer systems, good written English and numerate skills at GCSE Grade C minimum
- A great work ethic that demonstrates, commitment, self-motivation and reliability
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
- You must be able to speak English fluently
