Our client, an award winning automotive business based in Leeds 12, is looking to recruit an Online Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract but there's a high chance this could become a permanent role. You will get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free onsite parking and there's no evening or weekend work involved!
We are looking for an individual that is ready to get stuck into a busy role; you will be working on the online store where you will ensure every customer is happy with the service and products they receive. We are looking for an individual who has previously working on both online orders and has telephone customer service experience where excellent service has been provided.
As an Online Customer Service Advisor you will be:
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
Updating the online store with new products and existing stock levels
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and via the online store
Placing customers’ orders and assisting with any queries they have
Liaising with different departments to ensure customer's queries are resolved effectively
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
This is 1 year maternity cover contract that may be extended
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Customer Service experience - telephone and online Processed customer orders and dealt with returns queries. Can do attitude and ready to get stuck in. - Team player - willing to help the team with various tasks. Experience in liaising with different departments.
