The Role

• Management of Purchase and Sales Ledger
• Ownership over weekly payment runs
• Monitor Aged Creditor Balances
• Management of the Freelancer Payroll Spreadsheet
• Weekly Sales Invoices and Credit Control
• Preparation of fixed assets and intercompany reporting
• Quarterly VAT returns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Very Proactive, energetic and eager to get involved within the business are key attributes for this opportunity Exposure within a Media Agency would be preferential A Studier in either ACCA, CIMA or AAT would be helpful Experience within regards to sales and purchase ledger would be ideal
