As the dispatch administrator, you would be responsible for:
* Adding and organising items within designated areas using the dispatch computer system.
* Checking all products match with codes, labels and descriptions before proceeding to action related paperwork.
* Dealing with all product input in accordance with quality guidelines.
* Accepting, processing and amending orders using the computer system.
* Adhering to strict Health & Safety Guidelines.
* Confident whilst dealing customers and the daily and ad hoc orders required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Previous experience of working in a dispatch admin capacity within a warehouse / manufacturing environment * Good knowledge and experience using a computer. * Confident using a manufacturing dispatch system to process orders. * Have attention to detail and be able to input data and spot discrepancies * Ability to work on own initiative within a busy factory floor * Excellent communication skills * Comfortable dealing with orders and complaints in a professional manner.
