Job Description
Our client based in Ripon is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part time, permanent basis!
You will be working as an Accounts Administrator to support the Finance Team. The candidate will ideally have a proven track record in a similar role, a good work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration duties
Processing of invoices
Filing
Dealing with recording of payments
Provide support in some HR admin duties
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 12.30pm
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Microsoft skills – especially Excel and Word. Good telephone manner. Attention to detail. Excellent timekeeping. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
