THE ROLE
To provide engineering resource in carrying out Planned and reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and reduce quality issues.
To strive towards continuous improvement of all machinery, equipment and ways of working in line with business strategy.
To comply with legislative, business and site procedures and practices.
Help deliver site KPI’s:-
– Performance OEE
– Customer complaints
– RFT
– OTIF
– Involvement in site- team briefing sessions
– Work closely with Production FLM team
– Educate and coach production team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of:
- MS office.
- CMMS.
- Pneumatics.
- Steam Systems.
- Hydraulic systems.
- Plc Siemens S7,S5, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley.
- HMI’s.
- Robotics.
- Inverters.
- FMCG experience.
- Food Industry (desirable).
- Continuous Improvement Techniques.
- Ability to work within a team and also on own intuitive.
- Internal Customers.
- Health and Safety, Quality, Engineering, Production, Frontline Managers, Middle and Senior Managers.
- External Relationships.
- External Customers, External Auditors, Local Government officers and other Bodies of Importance.

HOURS OF WORK
- ‘168 Shift’
- 2 Days 7am-7pm,
- 2 Nights 7pm-7am,
- followed by 4 Days off
