Job Description
- Raising tenant demands for rents, service charges and all other ad hoc charges.
- Full responsibility for reporting to clients both timely and accurately.
- Must have intermediate Excel skills for analysis purposes.
- Overseeing credit control activities and paying over rent receipts to clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal candidate must have experience working on Property Management system
- This role requires somebody who is very methodical and numerical, and has good attention to detail.
- Experience working on a commercial Real Estate portfolio, particularly for client reporting.
- Experience working on setting Service Charge budgets.
