Job Description
Maintaining all aspects of financial information on Xero.
Credit control, including Implementing and new systems to improve our debtor management.
Managing our cloud-based systems for compliance and payroll.
Payroll preparation and management.
Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.
Financial analysis of business operations and budgeting.
Communicating professionally with our customers via email and phone.
Assisting management with general administrative tasks and any other duties that support the overall efficiency of the business.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Worked in a similar role previously.
Working knowledge of Xero and feel confident in managing all incoming and outgoing invoices and payments.
Demonstrable examples of managing purchase ledgers and general ledger management and reporting.
Be used to working with software packages and integrations between these programmers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good Excel and Microsoft Office experience.
Happy to work in a varied role where responsibilities will change and evolve over time.
