Assisting in management accounting procedures as required by the Accounts Manager
Checking purchase invoices, certifying, and coding them as necessary, verifying and carrying out payment procedures as directed, checking and ensuring that discounts are obtained
Undertaking specific investigations as directed
Undertaking internal audit procedures and reviewing results with the Accounts Manager
Preparing information for inclusion in Government and other standard returns for which he,she is responsible
Undertaking any other tasks necessary to fulfil the primary job objectives
