Job Description
Processing all supplier purchase invoices, refunds
Matching invoices with relevant approved and receipted Purchase Order
Prepare frequent payments runs
Post bank entries and complete bank reconciliations
Ensure transactions comply with group financial policies and procedures.
Account for VAT and prepare information for statutory submissions
Maintain supplier information
Reconcile accounts and resolve queries promptly
Support internal and external audit processes
Reconcile Key Suppliers Statements monthly
Create Month end balance sheet reconciliation reports
Prepare accruals and prepayments for management accounts at month end
Review month end trial balance and provide necessary support
Admin duties such as daily post, scanning and electronic document filing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to at Least A level or equivalent
Minimum two years’ Accounts Payable experience on a similar role,
Stakeholder management experience
Good understanding and proficiency in Accounts Payable and best practice
Intermediate, Advanced Microsoft skills (particularly Excel) and experience
Excellent communication and attention to detail as well as organizational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
Team player, quick learner, and professional attitude
European language an advantage ( but not necessary)
