Job Description
- Daily banking and receipting of tenant funds to the property management accounting software
- Issuing client statements on a monthly basis
- Payments to clients and suppliers on a regular weekly payment run
- Managing the central accounting mailbox and keeping this up to date
- Monitoring and reconciling the suspense account
- Liaising with external suppliers and clients to answer queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of client accounting software would be an advantage
- High level of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a methodical and organized approach
- Able to effectively priorities and multi-task
- Excellent people and communication skills at all levels
- Dependable and flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proactive and able to take responsibility for own work and assist others
- Work well under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
