- Monthly consolidation
- Group External Financial Reporting
- The external audit relationship
- Providing accounting and commercial support to organization
- Own the Group accounting policies
- Supporting tax, legal teams with compliance reporting requirements
- Preparation of month end journals, reconciliations, financial statements, and other financial accounting activities
- Group reporting
- IFRS experience preferable
- FRS102 experience
- Group process controls
- Internal audit management
- External audit management
- Impairment reviews
- Corporation Tax
- VAT
- Statutory accounts production
- Staff management
- Change management (processes and integration)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experienced Qualified Accountant
- Analytical and technical accounting skills
- Strong knowledge of excel
- Flexible, hard-working and results oriented
