Accounts Assistant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
- Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries in a professional manner
- Monitor and respond to emails in the sales ledger inbox promptly
- Assist with purchase ledger duties, including invoice processing and payment preparation
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 software
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Sage 50
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
