Job Description
- Preparation and analysis of corporation tax packs
- Assisting with the preparation of month and year-end accounts
- Cash flow forecasting
- Bank account reconciliations
- Reconciling expenses as part of payroll processes
- Other ledger and control account reconciliations as required
- Checking and entering payment details onto payroll and accounting system
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- AAT
- ACCA
- Financial Accounting
- Accountant
- Part-Qualified
- Accounting Practice
- Two years of experience in accounting practice supporting financial accounts and preparation of accounts
- Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations, year-end, and VAT returns
- Good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Part-qualified accountant actively studying towards a qualification and aspirations to study
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of Excel
