The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including processing bills, processing expense claims, client and office reconciliations, credit card payments, ensuring full compliance with internal and accounts rules, assisting the Financial Director with annual audit and maintaining a finance breach register, and preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in legal firm accounts
Client accounting experience
Purchase ledger and bank reconciliation experience
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills
