Job Description
- Management and analysis to cost and bill third parties on time
- Monitor and reconcile costs per project, rapidly flagging overspends
- Take minutes and send to the account team for their action
- Raise invoices
- Produce weekly time reports for time movements
- Maintain client’s jobs on SAP, whilst approving new jobs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ideally three or two years in Finance but not essential
- Ideally some form of qualification or studying in Finance would be desired
- Media Agency experience would be very advantageous
- SAP experience would be helpful
