Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the finance office.
- Maintaining purchase and sales ledger.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monthly timesheets input for payroll.
- Monthly bursary payments.
- Support one reporting staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communications
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work within deadlines and priorities workloads.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures.
- Educations sector background ideally.
