Job Description
- Project Cost monitoring, review and close-out
- Sales invoicing and submission of updated Aged Debtor Listing to funders
- Regular Debtor Review and follow-up of outstanding balances
- Processing of Subcontractor invoices, query resolution and payment preparation
- Subcontractor statement reconciliations
- CIS Returns – timely submission and payment of liabilities
- VAT Returns – timely submission and payment of liabilities
- Analytical review and sense-check of profit and loss account items
- Assist in Budget preparation and monitoring actual vs budget
- Reporting to Directors weekly, monthly and on ad-hoc basis
- Preparation of Monthly Accounts
