Job Description
- Bank and credit cards auto feeds and reconciliation optimization
- Settlement reports testing
- Month end optimization and month end duties, reporting
- Record financial transactions for project, department, or company
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
- Cashflow and Variance analysis
- Reconcile spending with budget as part of job costing
- Ensuring spending is kept in line with the budget
- Financial performance analysis and forecasts
- Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost
- Maintain records and support audit queries
- Implementing corporate governance procedures
- Risk management and internal controls
- Other financial ad hoc duties
- Ability to be clear and concise with communication (oral and written).
- Friendly and Professional with the ability to not only listen, but to take initiative and implement tasks using initiative
- A strong analytical and strategic thinker
- A diligent worker, able to balance own priorities while supporting wider team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Two years experience within ecommerce as a qualified,part qualified accountant
- Essential - solid management accounts production experience
- ACA/CMA/CIMA/ACCA part qualified/fully qualified
- Must have managed a small team (eg 2-5 people)
- Experience with Microsoft Office package incl. Excel (Advanced user)
- Understanding of stock management beneficial
- Good double entry bookkeeping skills
- Strong organizational abilities, able to multi-task
- Working experience using Sage,Xero and other accounting software packages an advantage
- Strong time management and prioritization are paramount as is the ability to stay calm when faced with challenges.
