Job Description
Handling incoming telephone calls, enquiries, and providing prompt assistance to resolve any client queries
Preparing month end spreadsheets for Landlords
Allocating funds and processing rental payments to landlords
Maintaining regular contact with tenants and landlords regarding outstanding rent
The preparation of paperwork and the handling of rent and legal protection claims
Paying contractor and supplier invoices
Processing deposit returns
Processing financials for new tenancies
Reconciling bank accounts and resolving discrepancies
Working closely with members of the Lettings and Property Management Team
Preparing income and expenditure reports when requested
Assisting the Regional Accounts Manager with any Ad hoc Tasks and Projects when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to work well in a high-pressured environment
Willing to work towards goals and targets
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (preferable but not essential)
Should possess a keen interest in learning about the lettings and property management industry and the associated legislation and regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to priorities tasks and work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
