Job Description
- Design and implement the financing strategy for the group’s companies or acquisitions, including potential refinancing.
- Search, identify and select financial institutions that can offer financial products suitable for the projects or group companies.
- Close the negotiation with the banks and transferring documentation used during the process.
- Monitoring and control of financing and ensuring compliance with agree conditions.
- Decide on the content and application of waivers in financing and communication of contract to the financial management team.
- Lead the relationship with group’s financial advisors both for new projects and due diligence.
- Proactively seek new forms of financing and ensuring application of financing formulas in the economic models.
- Collaborate with wider finance departments and ensuring there is synergy and solidity in the economic and financial information of the group.
- Promote the application of the group’s systems, procedures and policies in its areas of influence.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Degree in finance and accounting, Master’s is highly desirable
- Strong experience in structured finance, project finance, corporate finance
- Strong MS Excel skills and capacity to develop financial models is extremely desirable
- Three or two years’ experience in corporate finance function in a bank, lead advisory firm or industry firm
- Ideally will have some experience in financing of infrastructure projects or corporate financing processes
- Must be able to communicate at all levels and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have demonstrated ability to lead and management project-based teams
