Financial Accountant

Job Description
- Manage group-wide budget development process
- Develop and continuously update group-wide financial projections
- Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly financial progress reporting
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in-line with statutory regulations and legislation
- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Oversee financial staff and contractors to facilitate day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Manage relationships with external service providers including external accountants, banking institutions, etc.
- Identify and track financial risk factors and identify appropriate mitigation strategies
- Oversee annual audits of Willow group companies
- Update and implement financial policies and procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA / Masters preferred)
- Professional accounting designation preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- 10+ years’ experience in a financial managerial position
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of business principles and practices
- Superior attention to detail

- Results-focused, strategic thinker and planner
- Experience managing cross-border financial transaction and compliance issues preferred
