Job Description
- Co-ordination of Group Financial planning, Budgeting and forecasting
- Developing dashboards and analytics
- Integration of acquisitions into the broader finance structure
- Interrogation of the monthly submissions by the local finance teams
- Support in the collation of the local monthly board packs
- Collation and analysis of month-end accounts for the holding company
- Preparation of the Group consolidated accounts
- Support in the preparation and co-ordination of Group audit and statutory accounts
- Group Regulatory returns and Group entity tax
- Group Cashflow and Working capital management
- Identifying areas for development within financial reporting across the Group
- Evaluating cost consolidation / efficiency opportunities for the Group
- Modelling, analysis, and data collation
- Maintaining the Groups finance model
- Liaison with external advisors and Banks
- Integration of new subsidiaries into the Groups financial reporting structure
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Candidates will be qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
- Strong systems skills and advanced Excel
- Multi-site or business services background would be advantageous but is not essential
- Pro-active and inquisitive approach, with strong team working skills
- Ability to work with high volumes of data and meet deadlines
