Job Description
- Responsibility of day- to-day processing of all Accounts Payable invoices.
- Ensuring invoices are correct and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Make sure ledgers are kept up to date by managing supplier statement reconciliations.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve payment issues.
- Process supplier payments.
- Process and analyses expense claims.
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly cash movements report.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Three or two years accounts payable experience
- Studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Experience within luxury retail environment is ideal
- Well-rounded Account Payable experience
- Desire for progression
