Job Description
- Invoice Management for the whole company, treasury forecast and submission
- Budgeting and Forecasting (quarterly) working with cost center heads
- Payment Management
- Variance Analysis Versus Budget
- Ad-hoc requests
- Monthly cash flow forecasting
- Payroll Forecasting
- Cost center reporting - liaise with cost center heads providing actual vs budgeting comparison each month
- Compliance including VAT return, payroll related tax issues and liaison with HMRC and external tax advisers
- Supporting with year-end procedures liaising with auditors and audit queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACCA
- CIMA
- Part Qualified
- Must have experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Must have experience with payment management
- Must have experience dealing with Payroll and ensuring this is done efficiently
- Must have a strong communication skills
- Must have the ability to develop and progress within their career
- Must have the ability to work effectively within a team
