Job Description
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable.
- Importing and checking external data.
- Processing Bank transactions.
- Customer account reconciliations.
- Month end reconciliations and analysis of aged reports.
- Credit control, including chasing overdue payments by email and telephone.
- Assisting with Management Accounts, VAT Returns and compliance.
- Analysis and preparation of various reports.
- General support and assistance for the team with any ad-hoc tasks.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum AAT Level 3 qualified ( 2 A Levels) or equivalent experience.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Methodical approach and problem solving skills.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
- Good team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
