Job Description
- Setting up new customer and client accounts and updating changes and closures
- Communicating with customers, via telephone and email
- Creating and assessing financial reports
- Ensuring that department reporting and completed in line with monthly schedules
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience using Excel
- GCSE and/or A-Level Maths desirable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
