Job Description
- Processing multicurrency invoices and expenses in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure invoices are processed with correct VAT inputs
- Supplier statement reconciliations and assist with preparation of supplier payments by BACS.
- Assisting in the implementation of new internal systems/controls.
- Posting bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
- Setting up new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers
- Month end assistance and any other ad hoc tasks.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A recent graduate degree ortwo or one years’ experience within an finance role.
- Actively studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA
- Previous experience with Sage or Quickbooks would be beneficial.
- Good communication skills
