Job Description
Posting sales invoices onto accounting package
Maintaining the global sales register and sales process
Liaising with sales staff from around the world to ensure accurate data and compliance
Raising Invoices to clients
Reconciling Sales ledgers
Creating Daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Board of Directors
Posting journals
Producing statements and resolving queries
Answering telephone calls in a timely manner and directing them as necessary
Any other ad hoc duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good knowledge of MS Excel (recommended but not essential)
Knowledge of accounting software (recommended but not essential)
High level of numeracy skills required
Good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
