Job Description
- Supporting with checking over client budgets and cost trackers
- Inputting client budgets onto each new job on Maconomy
- Coding and releasing purchase invoices and credit notes
- Raising monthly client invoices
- Reconciling hours and costs on client jobs
- Supporting with client financial year end in June
- Following the client stewardship guidelines
- Review of employee expenses
- Company credit card monthly reconciliations
- Timesheet management- Regularly running missing timesheet report and contacting employees to ensure they are always submitted and approved up to date
- Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a finance department
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Can do attitude
