Job Description
- Financial Reporting
- Includes preparation of Consolidated financial statements
- Consolidation of the Financial results for statutory reporting.
- Continuous review and documentation of group accounting policies and practices.
- Preparation of the Financial Statements of the Group’s subsidiary UK entities.
- Preparation of Quarterly submissions to our Middle Eastern parent, largely through use of One Stream software.
- Liaison with External Auditors to ensure smooth delivery of audited financial statements in accordance with the Group timetable.
- Review of locally produced financial statements to ensure quality.
- Working with the wider finance team and IT team to improve the quality, timeliness and efficiency of financial reporting.
- Supporting the Group team with management reporting and analysis as required.
- Supporting the Group Finance Director with Due Diligence activity as required.
- Contributing to the work of the wider Group finance team as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least one year of experience post ACA/ACCA qualification, and experience within the audit
- The ability to review and understand financial systems and processes with a view to continuous improvement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is well-organized, diligent, proactive and enthusiastic about improvement.
